Or you can simply use industrial or high-endurance SD cards with built-in Power Loss Protection (PLP).
PLP uses small super capacitors (ultracapacitors) or multi-layer ceramic capacitors on SD card to provide energy
to flush data to SD card in case of power loss and preserve integrity of the data.

Examples: Swissbit X-3000, ATP AFL-SD.

This will preserve integrity of the data on SD card.

Also Linux file system are journaling file systems designed to guarantee integrity of the file system after reboots.

Integrity of the data for applications is still responsibility of each application by its design. Application should should discover
data corruption and have built-in recovery.

I have a Sailor Hat SH-Rpi v2 and curious if anyone has used this script successfully? Considering trying out BBN. Currently on Debian Bookworm w/ OpenCPN installed thru OpenPlotter (I think.. it was a while ago) and it works fine. Having other issues with Opencpn and Signal K.. thought I might try something else.
