How can we support other CLI agents?

What does a PR need to do if we want to integrate with other CLI Agents?

I am asking for Kilo CLI and Copilot CLI peeps specifically.

@adamhill typically, we just need the ability to conform to some integration.

• Claude Code - It's Hooks.
• OpenCode is a plugin.

The integration creates contracts between the agent CLI and some external capability like Plannotator. Of note, planning is a key part of the agent architecture - with either focused events or interface.

If either Kilo or Copilot support some form of hooks and plugins, this should be a fairly trivial effort, and I could probably do it. I need to dive into their documentation.
