[Bug] model playground is not creating agent properly for mistral-small model

"Create an agent" button on the model playground is not creating agent for "mistral-small-2503" model properly. The model name is not applied in the "agent playground".

Repro Steps

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. deploy 'mistral-small-2503' model as GlobalStand in foundry
2. open 'mistral-small-2503' model in model playground UI
3. Click on 'Create an agent' button
4. create the agent named "m-agent"
5. See in agent playground poped up, model is set to "gpt-4.1-mini", but not "mistral-small-2503"
