Request: New Release of aya-build

The main branch includes some valuable updates, and I'm particularly interested in the feature to pin the nightly toolchain version, which was added in #1228 to resolve #1226. This is a crucial feature for ensuring our eBPF builds are reproducible, and having it available on would be a great help.
