Why is API not being deleted?

I made some apis for testing, and after checking test-api deployed well, I just deleted that api from aws-api-gateway.
After deleting on api-gateway, that api is not being deleted on dev-portal.
Deleted from
API Gateway APIs list, but still existing on APIs on the left side.
Delete button on the right side of Admin Panel doesn't work as well..

Need to go and delete the s3 objects from this location dev-api-portal-artifacts/catalog/, where it's storing all created apis in the form of .json.
We can find deleted and active api ids reference in this location.
