SAM deployment failing at CloudFrontSecurityHeadersSetup step

Error in cloud formation step "CloudFrontSecurityHeadersSetup" is as below:

CloudFormation did not receive a response from your Custom Resource. Please check your logs for requestId [7b0aaefd-701e-47ce-a887-66784955db4d]. If you are using the Python cfn-response module, you may need to update your Lambda function code so that CloudFormation can attach the updated version.

Let me know if anybody has faced similar issue. Any workaround or solution on this would be helpful.

This issue is coming particularly when i am using nodejs18.x
