Bonolo presented Work Groups Best Practices and Autoware Core Universe concept
- Transition of the project to github
- Wiki pages transfered to github
- Minutes/Tasks/Discussions to be stored now on github
- Gitlab is chaned to maintanance mode - old issues/discussions can stay there (finalized Simulation related discussions will stay on Gitlab)
Next Autoware Simulators discussion
- Selected 3 candidates : TierIV SIM, CARLA, MORAI SIM: DRIVE
- Reviewed the presentation for TSC with comparison of simulators
- Discussion about vehicle physics - how to get parameters, often not provided by vehicle supplier. MORAI has tools for parameters calibration
- CARLA discussion about maps : Autoware uses Lanelet2, CARLA uses OPENdrive format. Conversion required
- MORAI and TIER IV managed to run initial version of benchmarking simulation running on Airport environment with Airport Tug created for Cargo ODD. Both solution supports LIDARs and Cameras

To finalize definition of Benchmarking Setup
Create simulation setup for comparison in CARLA
CARLA community representatives will be invited to the Simulation WG meeting
Finalize the document for TSC with recommendations - important note from TSC : "We might not need to select default simulators, we can support several simulators in parallel"
