MotionCor3 & Bayesian polishing

This one is pretty easy. You can simply use MotionCor3 within the Relion MotionCorr job. (Though only whole-frame and not patch trajectories will be used).
If MotionCor3 is run outside Relion, then you must add -OutStar 1 to generate a .star file for each movie.
After all the movies are processed, use mcstar.py to create a single corrected micrograph .star file.
Like RelionCorr, MotionCor3 will flip the movies upside-down, and particles should be exported from cryoSPARC with csparc2star.py --inverty --flipy --microgrpah-path <motioncor output dir>.
