Investigate generating `Data` classes outside the operation

It could make it easier to tree shake the JS code. Maybe transforming the IR could work?

@baconz, sorry, haven't had much time to look into this since KotlinConf and it's probably going to be hard to prioritize that but we'd be open to a pull request if you feel like it!
