Quick Start

Create a JIRA issue: issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TIKA
- We cannot accept pull requests without a corresponding issue
Build and test:
```
./mvnw clean install
```
Submit a pull request against the main branch with:
- JIRA issue ID in the title: [TIKA-XXXX] Description
- Squashed commits
- No merge conflicts
