Broken tests since CouchDB 3.2.x

Issue

In tests/integration/test.get.js two test cases fail since CouchDB 3.2.x:

• "5857 - GET old revision with latest=true, deleted leaf" and
• "5857 - GET losing, old revision with latest=true"
