it would be a great win making github.com a variable so we can choose where to push:

this would make it possible to do things like:

1. run action fully on a self-hosted ci/cd instance (remote A and B on same self-hosted server)
2. sync remote A with remote B (where A is e.g. codeberg.org and B is e.g. gitlab)
3. or sync remote A with a self-hosted git server
