I would like to discuss the planning architecture for permissions and web publishing within Anytype. Specifically, I have the following questions and feature requests:
User Permissions: Will it be possible to set different permissions for different users in a shared workspace? I envision a scenario where not all pages will be visible to every user, but only those that are explicitly permitted. This would enhance data privacy and security within the workspace.
Web Publishing: How will the web publishing feature function? Can we share a page that includes all its internal structures (e.g., databases, dashboards) while still respecting the permissions set for different users?
Guest Interaction with Sets: will it be possible to allow guests to see and interact only with a specifically permitted set view? For instance, if I have a large database of tasks linked to various clients, will I be able to create a page (project, or even published webpage of project) with different dashboards or kanbans where a client will be able to interact with their relevant tasks without accessing any unrelated information?
Restricting Information for Guests: Will the system allow us to restrict certain internal materials (e.g., price calculations, plans) from being visible to guests? For example, if I share a dedicated workspace for client with him (or even one project's page in a workspace as per cl.1 above), and these materials are related to the client, will there be a way to ensure they are never shared with the client unless explicitly specified - i.e. The project's page has a page dedicated to internal team only and the client will not be able to see it?
These features would significantly enhance the usability and security of Anytype, enabling a more tailored experience for both internal users and external clients. I look forward to your insights on these aspects.
