Top Languages card misfunction.

Describe the bug

I find that when I exclude .Dockerfile file (i.e. &hide=Dockerfile) in my top langs card setting, the result is correct with my Python proportion displayed:

However, when I exclude nothing, many languages are not shown at all:

I'm not sure if this is the same bug as #1801 or #2638 .

I get it, it's because I didn't turn on token accessibility to private repos when deploying my own vercel instance.

For anyone with same issue like me, you may go to Settings -> Personal access tokens -> Tokens -> choose the token for vercel -> Select scopes -> Turn repo on.
