allow-clear does not seem to work with selectize theme

Bug description:

There is no "X" with selectize theme, when allow-clear="true"

Link to minimally-working plunker that reproduces the issue:

Use the "basic" example Plunker and add allow-clear="true"
For Bootstrap and Select2 themes, it's working perfectly.

Version of Angular, UI-Select, and Bootstrap/Select2/Selectize CSS

Angular: 1.5.0

UI-Select: latest

Selectize CSS (if applicable): 0.8.5

Should there be one then? Based on the code there is no function for it.

That would be great since Bootstrap and Select2 have it. (or at least mention in the docs this option is not implemented with Selectize).
