What would you like to be added?

Support for the whole suite of custom filed operations: create, update, delete etc.: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v2/api-group-issue-fields/#api-group-issue-fields

Why is this needed?

Right now only GET is supported.

Anything else we need to know?
