CommandBar shows big white rectangle on macOS Sequoia #660

Describe the bug
Big white rectangle that is not clickable or removable or even showed in the taskbar is appearing and goes away when the CommandBar's 3 dot button is clicked

- OS: macOS Sequoia 15.3.1 on M2 Macbook
- FluentAvalonia Version: 2.3.0
- Avalonia Version: 11.2.6
Additional context
The bug can be reproduced on multiple macOS installations. I found this while testing on a M2 Macbook, and I spun up a VM of macOS Sequoia and reproduced it as well.
