Refresh token method fails #19
Description
When the token expires and the application tries to refresh it, the following error happens:
Argument 3 passed to Amelia\Monzo\Client::call() must be of the type array, null given
This looks to be fixed on the master branch of the repository but I can't get this version from any tagged versions in composer.
