SponsorBlock shows chapters as "sponsor" segments on vorapis

instructions:

1. install sponsorblock
2. go to V3 website and install it
3. open an video with chapters that are on database and hover the mouse to an chapter
4. see issue

the 2015 player its because of startube, however the issue apears without startube anyways

What's the issue?

there is an bug were if you open an video with segments (like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M6yFfnzM-NM and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cvjA-jXk94o) using V3 (extension to restore late 2013-2014 layout of YouTube), hover to an segment and later hover to an chapter this happens.

since V3 uses an diferent aproach to show chapters in player (since youtube only created chapters feature in 2020s) they use dots to show chapters

however this happens if you hover the chapter after hovering an segment:

and later to the segment (the chapter name still on it):

i tested using the extension version of vorapis, not the userscript version, so im not sure about the usercript version at all
