Approval of translation #2206
Description
Basically, do not use approval feature on Crowdin.
User Twishy approves strings on Crowdin. (https://crowdin.com/profile/Twishy) Unlike previous issue, this time the higher scoring translations were approved. But, the string with the highest score will be displayed without using approval.
It often contains at least a few mistranslations. However while using approvals, the approved translation string remains visible. Once approved, any modifications must be reported here at Issue. At the very least, the approver would need to have the ability to understand the language.

In some cases, mistranslations score higher. Translation by maboroshin is representing future summary. Or please give me approval authority for Japanese
