The material in ACLPUB format is available at https://www.linguist.univ-paris-diderot.fr/~mcandito/tmp/2023.zip
This is the volume 64 of the TAL journal (already in acl anthology up to year 2022).
Note it is a journal. I noticed that for the volumes that are already on the acl anthology, the bibtex entries for the articles use "@inproceedings" whereas it should be "@Article".
I'll create a second issue for volume 65 year 2024 in a minute.
