Hi,
Thank you for offering such a wonderful program.
I was wondering if the following features could be added:
- If Realtor provides a "For Sale by Owner" status, could it be included in the "listing_type"?
- In addition to the "list_price," which represents the current list price, could you also include the original list price? This would allow us to identify properties with price drops.
- Could you retrieve expired listings—properties that were listed for sale but did not sell before the listing contract with the real estate agent expired?
