IMPORTANT: Building on Windows causes an CL.EXE error

• It seems that older versions of Visual Studio is not affected by this issue.
• We have tested that Visual Studio 2019 can build this project properly. Try downgrading if you have problems with building.

As reported on May 22 (see this), Visual Studio is having issues with building nanobind code. The issue is now fixed, but not released yet.

• If you are not on the latest Visual Studio, and have problems with building, please try upgrading it to the newest version available.

Nanobind has now got a workaround for this. The ICE no longer exists.
