How to export a list of differences between folders?

I compared two folders. How do I export a list of differences as a text file? The "Generate Report" function only exports the top level folder comparison. I want to include all the subfolders and files within those folders.

If you click the View→ Expand Subfolders → All Subfolders menu item and then generate a report with the Tools → Generate Report menu item, the report will be generated with the subfolders expanded.
