Enable “Featured Products” to select from a collection or a list of products

## Description

Currently, the **Featured Products** and **Featured Collections** sections are limited in how products or collections are selected. This feature request is to improve flexibility by allowing users to either:

- **Select a specific collection** (e.g., "Summer Sale Products")
- **Manually choose individual products or collections** from a searchable list
