Android File Chooser failes to open more than once #16
having issue w/ input type=file. Chooser opens on 1st click (but webview pause is black screen, not transparent). selection/cancel works. however, after choosing or canceling file selection, 2nd click of same or different input type=file yields no response, no dialog
tested on Ti Crosswalk android version 1.0, 1.2 and 1.3
