Current default port is not set to standard Redshift port #223

The current default value for port is 5432, which is the default port for Postgres, not for Redshift. Redshift's default port is 5439.
I just started setting up this tap and had been wondering why I kept getting timeout errors, until I realized the ports didn't match. I think it would be good to default this to the standard Redshift port.
