Describe the bug

When you set a Project Starter, the UI still says "set project starter"—it would be clearer if it indicated that the starter is set and you can CHANGE it.

Your Example Website or App

Steps to Reproduce the Bug or Issue

  1. Click "Set project starter" button
  2. Add a project starter.

Expected behavior

MVP tweak: update button to say "Change Project Starter" after its been set.
++ tweak: add option/button to "Clear starter" to remove the starter you added/revert to orignal (though this could blow away a lot of work—still. Some may want it. Watch them using it.)
