Add a button to remove all ghosts indexes

I've created a script to remove ghost indexes from ElasticSearch that were created during bad indexation process:

I think it would be great to have such feature in CLI, it does not have to be a button in admin :-)

Actually, we discussed recently about adding a button in admin in the indices screen, so if you have dozens and dozens of ghost indices and not necessarily have direct access to the cluster, it would be better than painstakingly delete them one by one.
We could also have it as CLI command.

Otherwise, there's also that third party module/package which will periodically remove them through them through a Magento cronjob.
