Everything is in English until the app opens?

I recently downloaded and installed the ScrcpyGui-1.5.1.win64.exe version and everything is in English until the app opens. I'm not sure if I have done something wrong or if this is intended. There aren't any language options?

hey I'm also a user who just installed the app, found this, it took some seconds for it to change to English.
