Hello,
Ive done my best looking through the documentation but have not found anything support what I want. Im doing my best to get the GUI to be accessible from other networks. Ive read the documentation from elastic and understand how I can modify the configuration to do so, but reviewing the SO documentation I dont see how I can update the configurations to allow this. Could somebody point me int he right direction to allow connectivity outside the default network?

I can ping and ssh to the box from outside that subnet, so I dont believe its a firewall or routing issue.

If you go in to the SOC GUI, and then to Administration > Configuration, you should see a hyperlink on the right hand side under "Firewall" that says "Allow web browsers to login to Security Onion Console" Click on that hyperlink and it will take you to a field where you can add additional IPs and Subnets that will be allowed to access the SOC GUI.
