Scoop Installed in a different drive, how to handle after Windows reinstall/format?

I installed Scoop on a different drive from Windows, using the advanced method, so is basically just like the same location:
.\install.ps1 -ScoopDir 'D:\Applications\Scoop' -ScoopGlobalDir 'F:\GlobalScoopApps' -NoProxy

When I reinstall Windows, what should I do in this case?

I only need to add both Env path and run scoop reset *?:

$env:SCOOP='D:\Applications\Scoop'
$env:SCOOP_GLOBAL='F:\GlobalScoopApps'

or do I need to run install.ps1 again at same location?

Basically you are right, there are many examples of migrations in the repository, but I can't find them out at this moment.

D:\Applications\Scoop\shims should be adding to PATH, then you can execute scoop
