[BUG]: llamasharp 0.20.0 can not be used with visual studio 2019

when I use nuget llamasharp 0.20.0,it will not be used,error like

I also had that problem, When I tried to use it under the .NET Framework 4.8, it uses .NET Core 8

You have to check the "Include prerelease" check box because Microsoft.Extensions.AI.Abstractions is still in prerelease.
