The new Change Course page at https://runestone.academy/admin/auth/my_courses is missing the navbar links and menus. I think it should have the same top nav as the Instructor Dashboard including the user menu and Back to Course and Create a Course. There are "Enroll in Another Course" and "Go to Active Course" buttons at the bottom, but I think they would be easier to find if the buttons were moved to the top of the page.
