Unvendor apriltag #324
Description
I recently discovered that apriltag is packaged on conda-forge (see https://github.com/conda-forge/apriltag-feedstock), so once a few issue are solved (see conda-forge/apriltag-feedstock#11 and conda-forge/apriltag-feedstock#10) probably we can unvendor it using the generate_dummy_package_with_run_deps key.
