Calculation error in Sats now?

Here you see two offers, both are identical in amount 100-300euro

The only difference is premium.

I would expect the bot with premium -4.91% to show me less Sats now then the other offer. Am i interpreting Sats now wrong?

Edit:

Maybe better example but with positive premium. I expect to pay a robot more if their premium is higher but Sats now does not reflect that.

I need to send more Sats to the robot that has 1% premium.
