mappings for chatfinder - feature request

In this image I can see in the code the default mappings for the chatfinder, however, I can't update them or anything.
creating a new filetype for this chatfinder popup is a possible solution.
Adding the option to the config's chat_finder_mappings as mentioned in the docs is also a possibility, I looked for it, but I only see the delete as a possible mapping config

is there any way to assign a mapping here as it stands, or does this need a new feature, if anybody knows a possible solution I would appreciate it.
