bug(Auto update): App updates patches even auto update disabled

Bug description

Even though auto update disabled, every time I enter the application it is displayed as the latest patches update.

Version of ReVanced Manager and version & name of app you are patching

Version: 1.25.1
Model: ELI-NX9
Android version: 15
Supported Archs: arm64-v8a, armeabi-v7a, armeabi
