Window doesnt' fill up screen height with --maximize #137
Description
When I run nvy --maximize, the window doesn't fill the entire screen height, but is instead rounded down to nearest whole line that fits. Parts of underlying window remain visible underneath the "maximized" window, and it looks rather messy and confusing. I'd prefer if entire screen (minus the taskbar) was filled with black.

After switching to another window, and then back to Nvy:
Interesting thing: When I go to deskop (WIN+D), and then switch back to Nvy, it fills up the screen just like I would like it to:
If it would help, I can run Nvy in debugger and look up what is happening at particular places.
