Feature Req: Alternative Models/Other 'standalone' versions

So, this is probably out of the remit of this specific repo, but as a fan of the additions you've made to improve the subtitle gen etc, I'd love to see you apply the same sort of improvements on newer/alternative speech recognition models, such as the newly released Nvidia Parakeet 0.6b v2, as they boast better quality and much faster speeds than Whisper and other models.
