PACMANs and Particle Accelerator Sprites

Brief description of the issue

PACMANS do not have a sprite when on, PA monitor goes invis on power level 3.

What you expected to happen

See the sprite.

What actually happened

Nada.

• Server Revision: Found using the "Show Server Revision" verb under the OOC tab.
• Anything else you may wish to add (Location if it's a mapping issue, etc)

Noting down for myself to fix later today.

Noting for myself or whoever fixes: PA is pointing to the wrong DMI that lacks power 3 sprite.
