Breaking changes from 3.2.3 and 3.2.5 #495

Hello there!
I'm back from vacation and I saw you've updated the reactive-feign project and I wanted to try the new version.
Unfortunately, I saw some breaking changes / inconsistent behavior from the previous version I was using and since it is a minor version upgrade, I was not expecting them!
I can share a sample project I've created to show my findings.

Are all these changes documented somewhere? I'm sorry, but I couldn't find a proper announcement about them.
