Currently, triggers are have categoryId required. The docs say this should be optional. This makes it more difficult for our customers to set up triggers, as they might not have categories set up

Actions

We want to be able to send both internal and external notes. This requires the public optional field to be included.
Also, for pretty formatting, we'd like to have a choice between body and html_body when adding a comment.
