Hi everyone! 👋

I'm excited to share that we’re working on a full WebRTC implementation in PHP — yes, pure PHP! The project already includes:

• ICE (Interactive Connectivity Establishment)
• DTLS (Datagram Transport Layer Security)
• SRTP (Secure RTP)
• SCTP (Stream Control Transmission Protocol)
• SDP (Session Description Protocol)
• Complete RTCPeerConnection logic
• Signaling adapters (WebSocket, TCP, UDP, UNIX socket)
• Media processing integration with FFmpeg
• A growing test suite with PHPUnit

🚀 The goal is to bring real-time audio/video/data capabilities to PHP — ideal for custom SFUs, signaling servers, or even full peer clients in PHP-based systems.

We’re now at a point where community involvement would make a big difference. Whether you're into networking, media processing, PHP internals, or WebRTC itself, there's room to contribute!

💡 How you can help:

• Review and improve code (performance, safety, clarity)
• Add missing features (e.g., simulcast, ICE restarts, more codecs)
• Improve documentation and tests
• Build real-world demos (e.g., SFU or mesh conferencing)
