Web interface?

Maybe I'm missing something, I've tried using restful api, which seems to spin up a server of some kind (probably not what I'm looking for), but I'm not able to connect to that ip:port.
Now I'm not entirely sure I'm even looking in the right direction here, but is this supposed to be a web interface?
And if not, will there ever be one? Having a local gui doesn't really work on a headless raspberry pi for example, which is probably what most people would use this for, having a laptop out in public for this isn't really a realistic scenario in most cases, it's not very covert, and it's something you cannot just plant and leave behind

Oh nvm, I just figured out that wp3 doesn't have a gui like the original used to
