Remove ambiance dependency

Desired capability or behavior.

The ambiance package is used as part of the openaerostruct external subsystem example. Because the example is focused on openaerostruct, the use of ambiance is not necessary.

Suggested implementation.

The Aviary Atmosphere component should be used instead of the ambiance package, and the dependency should be removed. The pyproject.toml and the Installation doc page should have ambiance removed from them

Opened a fix: #1216

Replaced the ambiance.Atmosphere usage in OAS_wing_mass_analysis.py with a small helper that runs Aviary's own Atmosphere group in a throwaway Problem, matching the pattern already used in aviary/utils/engine_deck_conversion.py. Also removed ambiance from pyproject.toml's dev extra, the installation guide, and the OpenAeroStruct example notebook. All existing tests in aviary/models/external_subsystems/open_aero_struct pass, and I confirmed the two atmosphere implementations agree closely at the example's cruise altitude and sea level.
