Create a dedicated rendering for TL;DR sections

There are some TL;DR sections in the guide, such as https://openresource.dev/guide/what-is-open-source/benefits-of-open-source#tldr-the-benefits-of-open-source.

They would like some love, and could have their own dedicated rendering to be more readable and enjoyable.
