Test 3 and contrib failes

Both test fails with the next result:

Just found the issue:

test3.sh creates the test files in the same folder where you run it but for some cases (Gentoo portage for example) it is not possible to create temporary files in the same folder (switch between different users prevents from normal file creation). This patch to solve it attached.
