Question: How to integrate it with github actions?

Hi,

To create the executable file I want to first create the OCI docker image using github actions. The problem here is how to "import" from github actions without publishing the image in the docker store. Any ideas?

Push the container to GitHub's container registry and pull it from there? https://docs.github.com/en/packages/working-with-a-github-packages-registry/working-with-the-container-registry#pushing-container-images

The default package visibility is private, which sounds perfect for your case wanting to use a self-built custom image without putting it on a public registry.
