What is a good way to put NPM in a dark theme "dark mode"?

This is kind of documented here, and was discussed in issue 707. In summary, you bind mount a script to NPM which then modifies the required frontend files and allows using ThemePark.dev themes.

The script you have to get is here.

You place it somewhere that you can bind to the container. Ensure to assign it execution permission.

Eg: container files under /appdata/npm

wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/themepark-dev/theme.park/refs/heads/develop/docker-mods/nginx-proxy-manager/root/etc/cont-init.d/98-themepark
chmod +x 98-themepark

Now in your compose file, you have to add an environment variable with the desired theme and an additional bind mount pointing to the script file.

And that's it.

For reference, here is my complete compose.yml using SQLite and dracula theme.

That looks like a syntax problem. If you didn't modify any script code and downloaded the original URL I don't understand how this could happen.
I'd suggest passing it through ShellCheck app to ensure it's syntax is correct. You will find some warnings asking to quote variables and strings, but that should be fine.
Your error is pointing to line 8 if I'm not wrong, which is right at the beginning when checking /app/frontend existence.
Since it complains about a newline, can you check that your file has LF line terminators only? Maybe copying it via a Windows host added CR to it?

For me too. There is a flaw in dacagi steps, the wget should point to https://raw.githubusercontent.com/themepark-dev/theme.park/refs/heads/develop/docker-mods/nginx-proxy-manager/root/etc/cont-init.d/98-themepark

Are you proxying the NPM web admin interface through NPM itself?
If true, #707 would be a feasible option.
